Refund Policy

Return Policy

Normally, our return policy lasts 30 days. This return policy will come into effect, after you receive your item. If we receive your requirements of refund exceeding the time on the return policy, we will not offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging when it sent back. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for affording return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order or there is any defect in the product you received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your order.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, if you paid per Paypal, your refund will be back to your Paypal account in a few days. If you paid with your credit card, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card with a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your Paypal account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Credit Card

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, all sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your received product, please send us an email at ecommerce.hk@makeblock.com to get more information about item exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, please email us to get the shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of item returning. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different time for your ordered and exchanged product to reach you. We will also update tracking number into your order so that you can get logistics information of your package.

Order Cancelling

If you want to cancel your order after you do the payment, please contact us within ONE day. Since our normal handling time is 1 to 2 days. When you require cancel your order after 1 day, we will not accept your request. Thanks for your understanding.
